A. Proctor
David Proctor founded the company in 1986 and serves as its
President. With almost 50 years of experience in the insurance business,
he is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant.
A graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania,
where he earned a BS degree in economics, he also holds an MBA
degree in insurance from Boston University. |
 Rosalyn
S. Seale
Rosalyn Seale, Executive Vice President, joined the firm when
it was founded in 1986. She holds a Certificate in Life Insurance
Planning from the American College of Chartered Life Underwriters
and Chartered Financial Consultants and is a Registered Health
Underwriter. Her responsibilities include client service and
new account sales. |

F. Donovan
Brian Donovan, Senior Vice President, joined Proctor in 1998.
Brian is responsible
for client service and new business development. |
Andrew J. Mann
Andrew Mann serves as Treasurer of the company and has been
with it since 1995. He received a Certificate in Accounting
from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.
